Zastitna Folija

All quotations, supplies and services of  IDB Folija take place exclusively on the basis of the following AGB (General terms and conditions). After placing an order, the buyer declares that he agrees to the basis of this contract. Deviations and verbal agreements are only valid with a written confirmation.   

Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. Prices are off-the-shelf including VAT (22%) in addition to shipping costs and cash on delivery or Pay Pal fees if necessary.

Our invoices can be paid in advance, by cash on delivery or Pay Pal. If the goods are not accepted in cases of cash on delivery, we will charge the cash on delivery costs separately. Payment must be made within 14 days net cash, unless otherwise agreed on in writing. If the customer delays payment, IDB Folija is entitled to charge interest for late payment of 5% above the basic interest rate. IDB Folija is also entitled to charge reminder fees over and above the interest for late payment.

Obvious errors, spelling and printing mistakes and miscalculations that occur when making an offer or within the scope of an order confirmation are non-binding for us.

The contract takes effect when IDB Folija accepts the contract offered by the customer by ordering through a written order confirmation. When ordering from the online shop, a confirmation e-mail is sent, which includes the details sent by the customer as well as IDB Folija’s bank details.

All personal data is treated confidentially. The data required for business transactions is saved under observation of the terms of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Information and Communication Services Act. When processing orders the data can be passed on to companies connected to IDB Folija (e.g. mail order companies assigned with the delivery, banks handling payment processing), but only the necessary data will be passed on. A right to information and a right to correction, blocking and deletion of data saved in one of our files exists. Please send us a letter, fax or e-mail to info(at)zastitna-folija.hr if this is the case.

All orders from Croatia can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This implies returning the unused goods to us within this period. Exchange of goods in the original packaging is possible without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. The costs for sending back unused goods are usually borne by us, but we request you to contact us first, since we will arrange for the goods to be picked up by GLS ourselves. Please do not send packages with delivery costs unpaid back to us! We cannot accept packages with delivery costs unpaid and these will be sent back to you, which is very expensive.

The goods to be delivered remain the property of IDB Folija until complete fulfilment of all liabilities on the part of the customer arising from business with IDB Folija.

We issue a guarantee of between 2-10 years. You can find the details in the respective product description. In the case of defects arising out of inappropriate cleaning or wrong fitting of the goods (e.g film) there will be no claim to a guarantee. Defects and flaws in the goods supplied by us must be reported to IDB Folija 10 days after delivery at the latest. Goods should not be accepted in the case of obvious defects. If the delivered goods indicate manufacturing defects, they will be repaired or replaced as is seen fit by IDB Folija.

We are not liable for broken glass or other damages occurring after covering with film or painting. Assumption of costs of any nature is expressly excluded. Our technical information refers to non-binding manufacturing guidelines.
